are Wednesday, September 1 through Monday, September 6 |

Southern Decadence events? |
| |
It's 18 to enter, 21 to consume

Southern Decadence (including Sunday's parade) takes place in
the streets of the French Quarter, and is open to the general
public. |

|
What does a Southern Decadence Weekend
Pass include? |
| |
If you want to save money and don't like to
wait in line, this is for you. Purchase a Weekend Pass
and enjoy Free Admission to nightly Southern Decadence
events at
The Bourbon Pub / Parade. You will have full access to
the Priority Entrance, which
allows you to bypass the general admission line.
You will also receive a free seven-day full membership to
the "Mardi Gras Boys Street Fair Men" website when
you pick up your Weekend Pass in New Orleans.
A weekend pass does not include admission to the Lady Bunny show, but advance tickets to
this event may be purchased online. Weekend
Passes and advance tickets go on sale soon. |
| |
|
Why should I purchase a Weekend Pass
online in advance instead of waiting
until later? |
| |
There are good reasons to purchase
a Weekend Pass
online. We only sell a limited number of Weekend Passes,
and we sold out last year before the weekend even started. And if you purchase in
advance you will save a few bucks compared to the cost of
nightly admissions. The weekend pass price will increase
as Southern Decadence approaches. |

|
|
Will I receive a refund for a Bourbon
Pub / Parade Weekend Pass or advance tickets for Lady Bunny should a tropical storm interfere with
Southern Decadence? |
| |
Yes, The Bourbon Pub / Parade
will promptly refund any unused advance purchases should Mother
Nature interfere with Southern Decadence events. So it is
absolutely safe to make your Bourbon Pub / Parade purchases now and save a bundle.
Please note that some other venues did not refund advance
purchases as a result of Hurricane Gustav in 2008. |

Can you recommend a hotel? |
| |
There are numerous hotels in the French Quarter
and surrounding areas that we can confidently recommend.

will be a large convention in New Orleans over Labor Day
weekend, so it is best to make hotel reservations early. |

the SouthernDecadence.net website? |
| |
We are affiliated with some of the largest online hotel booking services
in the world,
and offer special Internet rates at many of New Orleans’
